““My wife and I decided we would like to utilize part of the patio at the side of our cottage that was not really being used, by having an extension built. We got a couple of quotes, but were not happy that neither were broken down, so we had no idea how it had been calculated. By contrast, the quotation from Colin and Kevin was very clear, and they took the time to discuss it with us, as well as offering useful suggestions to amend our initial plan.
Having accepted the quotation, we were very happy with the standard of workmanship, the workers themselves (who were all very clean and tidy, as well as polite), the speed at which the work progressed, and the fact that we were kept informed as to when the various trades would be attending. When the work was finished, they spent a considerable amount of time clearing up, and ensuring everything was clean.
